While current society is abundant with toxic leadership on all levels, it’s important that we not give it more power than it already claims to have. Transcendence can only happen on a personal level first before it can be brought into an organization.
Transcendence isn’t about overcoming your trauma and shadow, it’s about integrating it and becoming the person you were before society got a hold on you. It’s about letting go of the ego to embrace the knowledge that, as a leader, your purpose is to empower others and give them a voice. Ego demands that others follow a personal agenda held by the leader.
There is no good or evil, no right or wrong. Karma is simply a lesson plan with which you determine what you learn during your time here on earth.
Our lives, like that of Gaia, is expressed in seasons; thus, failure is always a viable option simply because it may be time to let go of what is no longer serving you in this season. No one will leave an untenable situation until they are strong enough to step up or step away, and those who do, have come to a place in which they recognize they can no longer tolerate what isn’t in alignment with their particular growth path.
A toxic person is not a bad person, and they don’t always have bad intentions. They are simply in a place at which they are more comfortable with their cognitive dissonance than with the possibility that there may be other ways of viewing things.
As we get closer to what will be, there will be opportunities placed before those who are ego-invested. They will become more and more disenchanted with life until they are forced within to make a decision. At that point they will either seek out the help they need to transcend or their soul will choose an exit point in order for them to rest before they return to continue the karmic cycle. If they are in the life of an awakened individual, it’s highly probable they will return knowing that they are now ready to pursue that path.
When we look around us, it seems as though everything is on fire. Much of it is, but this is not a negative thing, it’s a burning of what can no longer be sustained so something better can be brought up from the ashes.
